SOLEIL accepts returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging including the dust bag.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@soleil-usa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Sale items and pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
